The Southard homes are available to income-qualified households for $275,000 to $332,000. To see if you qualify and start your application for our permanently affordable homes at The Southard today, visit our website here.
Please be sure to carefully follow the instructions on our web listing’s ‘How to Apply’ tab. Interested applicants will have until March 10 to get started on their application. The last date to submit a full application is Sunday, March 24.
Located in the Cascade View neighborhood of Tukwila, The Southard is Homestead’s latest development with 11 affordable three to four bedroom cottage-style homes, five market-rate homes, and two homes designed for adults with developmental disabilities in partnership with Parkview Services.
Larger family households are encouraged to apply for our three to four bedroom homes at The Southard! These two-story, cottage-style homes are highly energy efficient and built with features that significantly reduce utility costs and climate impacts.
